June 10          Pineapple Ham served with roasted potatoes, carrots, and eggplant

June 17          Beef Brisket served with zucchini, portobello mushrooms, and smashed potato

June 24          Chicken Kiev served with wild rice, mushrooms, and roasted vegetables.

June 30          Lamb Rack served with carrots, corn, green beans and mashed potatoes

Learn how to prevent falls if possible & get up from the ground safely after a fall.

Nature Walks

COME WALK WITH US

Meet at the Seniors Centre (101 Bear St) on the third Thursday of each month at 1 p.m. 

The walks last up to 2 hours. 

Everybody welcome!

Most hikes will be close to the Seniors Centre.

The walk will be about 1.5 km with a short uphill section.

Help Keep Banff Clean

Come join us for a stroll and fresh air each Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 to 3:00 to pick up litter close to the Seniors Centre.

We have buckets and garbage pickers so you don’t have to stoop or handle garbage with your hands

This is a good opportunity to socialize and help our Town
